I have always found my home in creating positive, motivating change efforts. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with leaders from a variety of Fortune 100 companies to create lasting change - through the coaching of leaders as well as implementing comprehensive and sustaining change programs and stakeholder strategies that directly contribute to strategy implementation and the bottom line. As an experienced and seasoned consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer, I have developed and delivered change programs for over 1,000,000 employees over the last 20 years. I was nominated for NJ Best 50 Women in Business in 2007.
I shifted my focus from full time project consulting work to coaching and development programs. I completed the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program in December of 2006 and am a certified professional coach in addition to my degrees in psychology. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, and co-lead the Leadership Coaching special interest group for ICF with HsuanHua Chang (www.coachseattle.com).
My Coaching Philosophy
I work with executives and leaders to shift their relationships with themselves, their colleagues, subordinates, clients and the perception of their contexts. We work together in a trusted relationship to develop their personal power and resonant leadership style versus simply “working the political environment”. I help them open their awareness to see their path from a broader point of view and therefore, different opportunities available.
I do this by working with executives and leaders on their purpose, their priorities and focus. We assess and shift how they balance their attention and energy between the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual domains in their own cognitive and emotional development and in their relationships. I draw from many skills and disciplines in a holistic approach – coaching, adult development, traditional psychology, change leadership, emotional intelligence, brain / cognitive research, quantum physics and traditional spiritual disciplines.
This holistic approach enables leaders to be more effective by supporting the goals of the organization as well as optimize their talent and live their purpose in life. It helps them to deepen their relationships, minimize chaos and overall, life becomes easier. They are better equipped to navigate complex situations, increase their ability to influence others, make more effective choices in the moment, and achieve better results on many levels.
